JAIPUR: The agreement to setup a multi-product SEZ over 3000 acres in the state has been signed between Mahindra Gesco and Rajasthan State Industrial and Investment Corporation (RICO), company sources said here on June 27.

Sources further added that the company will hold 74 percent in the project, while RICO will hold 26 percent.

The SEZ is estimated at a total investment of about Rs 10,000 million and will focus on IT and IT enabled services, garments and auto ancillaries.

Further Mahindra Gesco also clarified that it intends to build four big SEZs across the country.

The company has also signed an MoU with the state government to setup another multi product SEZ near Pune.
